Under the heading. From the Register to History, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of his death, we published the birth certificate of Giulio Battelli (1904-2005), Italian paleographer, diplomatist and archivist, as well as university professor and director of the Vatican School of Archivistics, Paleography and Diplomatics from 1955 to 1978.
