On the occasion of World Red Cross Day, on the page From the register to History we publish the birth certificate of Margherita Kaiser Parodi (1897-1918), a Red Cross nurse during the First World War, decorated with the bronze medal for military valour. She is the only woman to be buried at the Redipuglia Military Memorial.
