From Tuesday 17 October to Saturday 18 November the 9th Family History and Genealogy Month, the review born from the success achieved with the International Genealogy Conference.
9 online evenings, 4 guided tours and an international in-person conference.
All online evenings will be broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube (@CIGenealogy). Videos will also be saved and available later.
The first event will be on Tuesday 17 at 9 p.m. entitled Tobacco and Venus.
We would like to point out the Tuesday 31 October 21:00 appointment entitled Mapping online genealogical sources: a new starting point? where Matteo Borelli will speak, whose thesis entitled La genealogia come strumento di ricerca storica nell’era digitale. Mappatura di profili, strumenti e sistemi is available (in PDF) on the website of the State Archives of Modena.
The XIV International Genealogy Conference, on the other hand, will be held on Saturday 18 November 2023 from 10.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Ex Oratorio Hall of the Palazzo dei Musei in Modena.
