On the occasion of the International Archives Day established by the ICA – International Council on Archives on 9 June, the date on which the ICA was created in 1948, under the auspices of UNESCO, some institutes are celebrating this day with in-depth studies dedicated to the themes of civil status and genealogical research:

Conscription lists, registers, birth certificates are some of the most requested and consulted documents by the users of the Archives, both for administrative purposes and for the reconstruction of their own family history. The State Archives of Savona offers on its social channels an overview of the sources for genealogical research preserved.
